Central Cabinet Contact Temperature Measurement
Requirement Analysis
Contacts and busbar joints may overheat under high current when contact resistance rises. Cabinet shielding prevents infrared instruments from continuously observing the true temperature after the contacts are closed.
Temperature Measurement Solution
High-temperature passive sensors are installed near the contact arms. Cabinet antennas read them periodically without batteries, maintenance work or additional insulation risk, and the station monitoring system can issue temperature-rise alarms.
